We pride ourselves on our culture. The way we behave enables us to strive towards a shared commitment to achieve the same vision and principles. Everyone using the Property House platform to behave according to high ethical standards and committed to doing the right thing, fairly and consistently.

The professionalism with which users are expected to act compliments the property industry. Our professional Code of Conduct as described in this document is part of our culture and the fabric of who we are and what we stand for.

We have a passion for upholding the reputation of the property industry and building trust through users’ interactions. This means that users of this platform abide by the requirements see below, serving societies, institutions, and the interest of clients with honestly, integrity, respect and professionalism.

We reserve the right to remove any listing not adhering to the requirements below.

Quality Images

  • Only quality pictures of properties to be loaded
  • The images loaded is of an acceptable standard and in line with expectations
  • Images loaded should show all the features of the property
  • Understand that it is improper to place false or deceptive images concerning a property
  • Use good quality equipment to ensure reliability and professionalism

Putting Clients First

  • To place the interest of clients first and act with integrity at all times
  • The guiding rule is underpinned by the need to treat clients fairly at all times, always acting in their best interest and placing their interest first
  • Clients can expect to get property services and products that meet their needs from listing users that they can trust. Users to have a responsibility to meet clients’ fair and reasonable expectations
  • Clients are provided with clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during and after the point of sale.

Professional Communication

  • Understand the need to behave professionally in all dealings and communicate property descriptions clearly, concisely, and effectively with no misrepresentations or foul language.
  • Avoid making statements that could be misleading as to the property listed to clients or prospective clients.
  • Act fairly and to the highest standards of the profession.
  • Our culture does not tolerate fraud of any kind and users understand that Property House will report suspected fraudulent acts to the appropriate authorities for further investigations.
  • Treat all parties with respect, dignity and with courteous behaviour.
  • Avoid inappropriate behaviour or foul language when dealing with any person withing the industry or clients.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to leads received to enhance relationships.
